We’re off and rolling! 🚲

Can’d Aid kicked off our fourth year partnering with Yasso in Cincinnati, with support from Kroger, assembling 125 bikes for local 1st and 2nd graders. The surprise? Pure joy. Huge smiles. Fresh wheels. ❤

Thank you to our incredible volunteers for ensuring each bike was in tip top shape and to MadTree Brewing for hosting!

🎶 We recently kicked off our Instruments for Change House Concert Series with Tunes Ambassador Daniel Kimbro and it was pure magic.

These intimate gatherings bring people together over food, connection, and live music—all while supporting access to music education for under-resourced music programs. 🎸

Music education helps students build confidence, improve academic performance, and support mental well-being—and we’re just getting started. More house concerts are on the way!

💛 Thank you to everyone who joined us for this special kickoff. We can’t wait to keep the music going.

We’re so grateful to community champions like Mark Clench who turn passion into impact!

Through his 1,250 mile bike ride across parts of Canada and fundraiser with Can’d Aid back in 2023, Mark, and all his supporters (you!), helped provide 10 brand-new bikes for kids in Chautauqua County, NY - creating opportunities for freedom, confidence, and outdoor adventure.

A note from Mark: "The group running the bicycle campaign that these donations were contributed to had big hearts, and ambitious intentions, but were unable to raise enough funds to meet their goals of a larger event with performances and media publicity, however, your contributions resulted directly in getting kids on bikes, which was the main goal of this ride all along, and I'd like to thank everyone involved in making that happen! I know what it's like to have big dreams and not always have them work out, that's life, but we still need the big dreamers in this world, or else nothing ever changes. Attached are some photos of previous bike builds and events showing you the impact your donations make, and the smiles you helped create"

His (and your) efforts also made it possible to purchase new violas and cellos for students at a Title I school in Kentucky. The instruments were donated during a special assembly, where the students were treated to a surprise performance by members of The Food Stamps band - an unforgettable moment for everyone involved.

Thank you to every person who donated, shared, and encouraged this effort. It’s amazing what we can accomplish together to create opportunities for kids. Moments like these remind us what’s possible when communities show up.
