Some vandalism occurred at the community park this evening that resulted in a downed light pole. The Weld County Sheriff’s Office has cordoned off the area with caution tape, please keep clear of the area until Exceed Electric has made the necessary repairs. A police report as well as surveillance footage has been filed with the Weld County Sheriff’s Office. Exceed Electric has been contacted and will be out tomorrow to assess things. Exceed has assured that the light pole is on an arc fault breaker and not a risk until they come out tomorrow. Just to reiterate though, out of an abundance of caution it’s best to stay clear from the area.

As we get our first measurable snowfall, we want to remind community members of shoveling requirements and policies.

• EDI has been contracted for another season to provide snow clearing and ice melt spread in community common areas.
• EDI is dispatched out when 2 or more inches of snow have fallen.
• Areas that EDI are responsible for- park, greenway side walks, sidewalk abutting the community along 7.5 and Stagecoach Roads, in front of mailbox clusters.
• The HOA DOES NOT provide snow removal or ice melt spreading to each individual’s residence. The address occupant provides or makes arrangements for their own address.
• Per Colorado law- address occupants have 24 hours after the end of a snow event to clear sidewalk of snow and spread ice melt. Our community by-laws follow Colorado law in this regard.

Irrigation scheduled to be blown out Thursday and Friday 11/13 & 11/14. Please give EDI space to complete their work.

EDI found that a pump motor was lost on the irrigation. Irrigation is running on one pump, but service interruptions may happen while parts are being ordered for repairs. Please be patient and water with a hose when irrigation isn’t available.

Due to a broken Stop and Waste valve, irrigation will be off for 48 hours while repairs are being made. Once completed, irrigation will resume normal schedule of 5pm thru 10am

The holding pond is full enough that irrigation can resume this evening. The primary intake pump is completely lost, so we will remain on the secondary intake pump until our maintenance contractor can order and install a replacement. Interruptions in irrigations may be possible while we wait for a replacement. Please hose water during these interruptions.

A little investigation into why irrigation is down lead us to find the holding pond was run dry. Our main intake pump went down. We are switched over to a back up intake pump. Please continue to water by hose until our holding pond has filled. Once the pond is filled we will let everyone know, and irrigation can resume.

We have received feedback that water is down this evening. At this time,’we aren’t sure why it’s not running. On Monday we will get EDI scheduled to look at the system. Please water with a hose in the meantime.

EDI apologizes for rain delays, they will be out today to finish up whatever is necessary on the broken stop waste valves and get irrigation running today.

Irrigation water has finally been released to us. Irrigation start up begins Monday 5/5. Please be patient, there may be intermittent interruptions while EDI de-winterizes the system and gets us up and running.
