The Longmont United Hospital Foundation is dedicated exclusively to supporting healthcare services at Longmont United Hospital through philanthropy. One of the primary goals of the Foundation is to help ensure that Longmont United Hospital will have the best possible facilities and equipment to help you and your loved ones when medical care is needed. Your tax deductible gifts help us achieve this important mission. Naming opportunities are available in many areas throughout the hospital including the emergency department which serves over 45,000 patients each year. Within the Emergency Department, CAT scan, Digital Radiology, and a laboratory reside which will speed the process of diagnosing your health concern. A two-suite cardiac catheterization lab is accessible for diagnosis and intervention 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

It was such a blast and 100% of the event's proceeds are going to the refresh project of our Hope Cancer Center here at Longmont United Hospital! We're installing new paint, new flooring, lighting, furniture and more! Stay tuned for photos of that project!

Serenity Rooms! 🧘‍♀️
Did you know we have eight different “serenity rooms” within Longmont United Hospital? 🩵 The LUH Foundation created these rooms to offer the staff here at the hospital a space of quiet tranquility and uninterrupted repose. We’ve added massage chairs, Amethyst lined heated pads, couches, books, noise machines and more within these eight rooms for staff enjoyment. Here’s a few photos of just some of the spaces!

“Susan Steckler is a self-taught Boulder artist whose paintings are built layer by layer with a palette knife- giving the paint a physical weight and texture you can almost feel.”

Shout out to Carol Guernsey Jones 🩵
Each month we rotate a different department within the hospital for Carol to come visit, set up and offer free massages! Here she is set up within one of our Serenity Rooms for the day. The Serenity Rooms are dedicated rooms in the hospital for staff to enjoy a moment of peace and tranquillity throughout their busy days. There are eight in total throughout the hospital with each holding their own massage chairs all created, decorated and funded by the LUH Foundation!
