We are offering a training called Connecting Conversations. Today's world is more polarized than ever whether it be issues at work, with family, or politics. This training is to help people understand why and how we disagree, figure out their personal conflict style, and learn helpful strategies for having difficult conversations while still recognizing each other's humanity. This is NOT a training to teach you how to win an argument!
