There's still time to join us for Project Fun Day! We're offering sessions on photography, performing arts (building and learning chords on a canjo), food and nutrition (healthy no-bake snacks and sweet treat gift jars), plant sciences (starting seeds to transplant, seed bombs), and natural resources (toads as garden friends). And it's free to Todd County 4-H members!

Exciting news! A new club is forming in Todd County - the Staples-Motley 4-H After School Club! Youth in grades kindergarten through fourth are invited to join. We meet at the Staples-Motley Elementary School.

Join us this spring for three awesome sessions, just in time to prepare for the county fair!

Join us on Saturday, April 18th from 9:00 am - 12:00 pm for Todd County’s Project Fun Day! This event is open to all 4-H and non-4-H youth in grades kindergarten through 6th. Participants are able to choose 3 of the great projects offered this year!

Cloverbud (kindergarten - 2nd grade) parents are encouraged to stay and help their Cloverbud with the projects. Workshops offered: healthy snacks, dessert mix in a jar, seed starting, music making, photography, and beneficial garden friends! All materials will be provided.

AUDIENCE All youth in grades kindergarten through 6th grade COST Free to Todd County 4-H members;
$10.00 per non-4-H youth payable to “Todd County 4-H”
Please mail or drop off the payment at the Extension Office prior to the event.

REGISTRATION Register by Thursday, April 9th by completing the online form(s).

4-H youth need to be re-enrolled in the 2025-2026 4-H year and will fill out the event registration form only. (https://forms.gle/UaHedHuxcYdiZ8NX7)

Non-4-H youth will need to complete the Event Enrollment (https://z.umn.edu/ProjectFunDay2026) step in addition to the event registration (https://forms.gle/UaHedHuxcYdiZ8NX7).

Due to the weather, open skate at the Expo Building has been cancelled for tonight, Sunday, January 18th. The Ambassadors will be working on another opportunity to get the whole county together at another event. Please be on the look out for an invitation!

⏰ Time: 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM
📍 Location: Expo Building at the Todd County Fairgrounds
💲 $5.00 skate rental if you don't have your own AND bring extra
for snacks

Come skate, catch up, and hang out with the 4-H’ers you only get to see at the County Fair! Bring your friends, your energy, and your best skating moves.

Calling all Cloverbuds!

Join us for the next NE 4-H Cloverbud Project Club meeting on Saturday, December 13, from 10–11:30 a.m. Youth in grades K–2 will design, create, and test their very own LEGO cable cars!

It’s hands-on STEM fun that builds creativity, confidence, and curiosity. Come learn and create with 4-H!
