Peer leadership is about giving young people a chance to discover their voice, build confidence, and realize that they can make a difference.
Students come together to learn, share their experiences, and talk about the challenges young people face today. They learn how to support their friends, make responsible choices, handle difficult situations, and become positive influences in their schools and communities.
Peer leadership, for our Antlers, is another opportunity to learn, lead, serve, and grow. it reminds them that their ideas matter, their voice matters, and the choices they make today can help shape their communities they become tomorrow.
The Peer Leadership conference isn’t just developing leaders. It helps our youth become the kind of leaders their communities need.
