Allison manages daily operations and supports team-member relations at Confluence Rising, formerly CCEJ. A first-generation Chicana, she brings a commitment to restorative justice, public health, and equality.

She enjoys Disneyland, reading, photography, beach sunsets, new foods, and traveling.
