This is to let you know a young man jumped from the Meglar bridge Friday evening and died. I would like remind you when this happens please remember to take care of yourselves. This can and usually does bring up some profound feelings of sadness.
As always our thoughts and prayers are with the family and friends of the gentleman.
If you have the opportunity to share your thoughts and feelings about this tragedy I know you will be compassionate and kind.
Take good care of yourselves and each other. As always, I am here.

Come see us at the Wellness Fair - Saturday May 16th 11-3pm Veteran's Field, Long Beach. A major highlight of the afternoon will be the "Memory Quilt" on display. Each square of this quilt honors an individual from our local area who died by su***de. Attendees will also have the opportunity to meet some of the creators behind these meaningful quilt squares.

In addition to the display, we will provide interesting handouts and essential su***de education information for the community. As a bonus, t-shirts for su***de prevention will be available for purchase in all sizes.

We hope to see you there for this important day of remembrance and education.
