ORCA: Ocean Residents Community Association Ocean Residents Community Association of Long Beach. A neighborhood association made up of residents along the Ocean Corridor in Long Beach. on the North.

The ORCA organization will advocate for issues affecting the residents of the Ocean Boulevard residential area and promote the improvement of the community. ORCA keeps Ocean Blvd. residents informed about their environment, including city projects, elections, the port and harbor, and neighborhood events and issues. Boundaries: ORCA is located near downtown Long Beach, CA. Its boundaries are I-710 on the West, Rainbow Harbor, shoreline, and Marina on the South, Junipero Avenue on the East, and the north side of Ocean Blvd. Board of Directors:
