ORCA: Ocean Residents Community Association Ocean Residents Community Association of Long Beach. A neighborhood association made up of residents along the Ocean Corridor in Long Beach. on the North.

The ORCA organization will advocate for issues affecting the residents of the Ocean Boulevard residential area and promote the improvement of the community. ORCA keeps Ocean Blvd. residents informed about their environment, including city projects, elections, the port and harbor, and neighborhood events and issues. Boundaries: ORCA is located near downtown Long Beach, CA. Its boundaries are I-710

on the West, Rainbow Harbor, shoreline, and Marina on the South, Junipero Avenue on the East, and the north side of Ocean Blvd. Board of Directors:

We were honored to host a successful community conversation with Long Beach Mayor Rex Richardson!

Thank you to everyone who attended (we had some sort of a full house!). We also want to extend our gratitude to the City Council, the LBPD, and Bob Kelton at the Downtown Residential Council for their patience and continued support.

Stay tuned for more community updates. We will not have a May meeting due to Memorial Day, but we will be back in June with our usual agenda.

We are extremely pleased to announce our April public forum, featuring community conversations with our Long Beach Mayor Rex Richardson!
