🌿 Honoring Our Roots, Growing Our Future 🌿
We kicked off our new Garden Club year with a look back at where it all began. President Catherine Steisel took us through more than 50 years of Naples Islands Garden Club history from Cassie Mae and Arv Luce’s conversation over a garden fence in 1973 to the organization we are today. 💚
What began with two neighbors wanting to make Naples more beautiful has grown into a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, with generations of members volunteering their time and talents to support and care for beautification projects throughout our community.
🌹 And, of course, no Garden Club meeting is complete without flowers! This month’s beautiful arrangements were by member Sally Springer, with Hospitality Chair Annie Brown welcoming everyone back in true Garden Club style.
