91 Days of Kindness - Day 91 (a day late)

Happy 2024, and bye bye 2023.

This year has been a bit of a struggle posting for 91 Days of Kindness, and I attribute much of this to the slow recovery from my foot surgery. That being said, thank you for sharing your kindness with me.

Looking forward to all of the Joy that 2024 will bring, and wishing all of you magic, happiness and kindness this year.

91 Days of Kindness - Day 90

One more day of 2023. Looking forward to brining in the new year and what 2024 has to offer.

Today my little girl surprised Jay and I by cleaning our bedroom for us. She did an amazing job! What a wonderful way to bring in the new year, with sparkling clean room.

I also gave myself a bit of kindness with sunshine and gardening. I didn't last more than an hour (my foot), but I was able to prune some of my rosebushes and orange tree.

Ended the evening with some snuggle time and stupid TV. Great way to end New Year's Eve Eve.

I've been super fortunate to have this week and next week off for vacation.

Another lovely day of vacation, delightful, amazing, perfect!

Family dinner, a rousing game of Uno, and then completing the evening with crafts in the family room.

Kindness fills my heart... I am surrounded by kindness, love and joy..

Such a great day off! Spent all day with my family, and loved every second of it!

Delivered a couple of cookie tins to neighbors for the holidays, and hope to deliver the rest tomorrow and Friday. We didn't make the delivery before Christmas, but I just changed the card to read Happy Holiday's instead of Merry Christmas🤣

Christmas was beautiful, filled with family and friends, laughter and love and some delicious food.

Today, was relaxing and quiet. It was lovely!

91 Days of Kindness - Day 83

What a beautiful day! Watching our beautiful ballerina perform for her first time as a Spanish dancer in the Nutcracker. She was amazing 💕

Kindness for today, I’m not sure where to start, it was everywhere!

In between shows, our good friends took Isabella to hang out at the hotel eat and relax With extra time in between shows.

As some of you may know, I’m still not walking well after almost 6 months. This is really difficult for me. After the show, one of my friends helped me down the stairs, that was hard for me, but it was also awesome having her there to help me.

I'm ON VACATION! Not going anywhere or really doing anything, but ON VACATION! JUST not working. This is some well deserved self-kindness.

Got to be a fly on the wall listening to my little girl be an amazing friend, leader and human. She is the choreographer for her dance project and she spent hours on zoom tonight coaching her dance mates for their performance tomorrow. I am so proud. She guided the girls with encouragement and kindness.

Kindness and love and my family! It’s a good Monday. spent the early evening with my youngest watching her choreograph a dance number for her dance class. Spent the later evening crafting stained glass with my oldest daughter. Good night!

Saturday night we hosted 4 girls for a 12th birthday sleep over! Dancing, singing, and gingerbread decorating. All kinds of cuteness!

91 Days of Kindness - Day 76

Birthday dinner and family adventures tonight! Our 12 Year old's birthday was yesterday, and our soon to be 24 year old's birthday is tomorrow. Jay made braised short ribs with mushroom polenta, which was delicious! Our son, his girlfriend and Jay and I and the 2 birthday girls enjoyed a beautiful family meal.

After dinner, Jay and I took our older daughter Justina to the Wicked Wolf cocktail lounge for a drink. It was wicked fun🤣!

The employees at the lounge were amazing and very kind and generous! Will most definitely be returning!

91 Days of Kindness - Day 75

Tonight was dress rehearsal for the Nutcracker, and also Isabella's 12th birthday. Although they work hard, they are having a great time!. Today I have to recognize all of the wonderful people who made Isabella's birthday amazing😍

Also sending a "shoutout" to all of the chaperones who help the dancers backstage.
