Thank you for trusting in us to train your entire agency over these next few months. We are super excited to be getting started... 🙏

What is it we train you may ask:

1) Our foundational system of how to pour into perceivably "rude," "difficult," or "disrespectful" members of the public and peers, superiors, and subordinate leaders within our own agency and model behaviors with anyone and everyone (as long as safety is not jeopardized)

2) A stronger understanding on how we should each be seeking opportunity and not opposition on both sides.

3) A 4-part self-check system, defensible in court which can be used to explain why necessary force was used.

4) Tools for de-escalation

5) A wellness and resiliency roadmap used to self-check our current position during our tumultuous careers while reminding us of who our best self is. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us if we can bring a training to your agency or organization. 💪👋.
