4GIRLS Organization 4GIRLS empowers middle school girls in Long Beach and Orange County with a weekend program.

Our program has no fees for participants and costs are entirely underwritten by donors and volunteers. 4GIRLS is committed to developing and offering a workshop that guides girls to identify themselves as inherently powerful, valuable and beautiful. The 4GIRLS Workshop brings girls together from different backgrounds, cultures and economic status for a weekend of inspiration and gives them an oppo

rtunity to thrive. The annual workshop, offered at no cost to the girls, provides a safe place for them to accept and appreciate themselves for who they are and encourages them to discover their potential. In addition to the workshop, the program supports the girls throughout the year with empowering and inspiring quarterly activities.

Happy International Women’s Day!⭐️

At 4GIRLS, we have the unique joy and privilege to bring empowerment, inspiration, and fulfillment to middle school girls. As we reflect on International Women’s Day, we are reminded of how much female empowerment has grown within our society and across the world, along with how many new opportunities young girls and women have now compared to years past 🙌

We are thankful to be part of a middle school girl’s journey and appreciate all the women and volunteers behind our workshop, empowerment events, and organization as a whole. 🙏

This guided painting workshop offers a fun and supportive space for girls to express themselves through art. A facilitator will lead participants step by step while encouraging creativity and personal expression. No painting experience is needed, and all materials are provided. Girls will leave with a finished piece of artwork and a sense of confidence and accomplishment. 🎨🖌️

We need YOU for our 2026 Empowerment Conference! Whether you’re a seasoned leader, professional, educator, or passionate community advocate, we are seeking Adult Mentors to support and inspire the next generation of girls.

As an Adult Mentor, you’ll work alongside our Junior Mentors to guide and support middle school girls on their journey to confidence, creativity, and self-acceptance. Witness firsthand the transformation that happens throughout the weekend while gaining leadership experience, making lasting connections, and helping to create a positive, empowering environment for every participant.

We need YOU for our 2026 Empowerment Conference! Whether you are shy or outgoing, we are looking for girls to serve as Junior Mentors for our conference.

As a Junior Mentor, you’ll work closely with an Adult Mentor to guide our Middle School participants through the weekend’s activities, all the while gaining valuable leadership skills, making meaningful connections, and experiencing the joy of empowering the next generation of girls. Additionally, you’ll receive community service hours.

📅: March 21st & 22nd (Mandatory Training on March 7th)
