Are amazing volunteer, Ari created an amazing Collard Green pesto for our Senior residents at Carmelitos Senior Village this Mother's day weekend. Served with pasta and cubed Chicken Breast. She pared it with a fresh cucumber, tomato salad with Feta cheese. The people raved over it. Thank you Ari!.

Shout outs of gratitude for Long Beach parks & recreations, Mr. Ralph Brooks of the Houghton Park Neighborhood Association and the Houghton Park Senior Center for having cater their "Taste of Soul" luncheon on February 18, 2026, in celebration of Black History Month. Thank you Chef Rod and Chef Chandra for providing the Mac & Cheese, Cornbread muffins & the Vanilla-strawberry filled cake. prepared the BBQ Chicken and Ribs, Glazed carrots, Collard greens and Cole Slaw.
