The Aqua CSO is a separate 501c (7) non-profit corporation that is dependent upon community enhancement fees (CEFs') which are a one-time fee (one quarter of 1% of the purchase price of the home) that is collected each time a home is sold (new sale or re-sale) as the primary source of revenue for its operations rather than Homeowner Association fees. The Aqua CSO was established to be a long term

self-funding entity to host events with exceptional participation and appreciation from the residents. We are diligently working on establishing new ideas to reach out to you, the residents to keep you on the pulse of community events and services by creating social media outlets like this one and actively creating an Aqua CSO website at www.aquacso.org.
