The Bluff Park Promenade and Sculpture Garden project came from the need to deter illegal behavior and criminal activity in the park, and its effect on the Bluff Park community. While focusing on safety first, we also aimed for a friendlier and more inviting environment for nearby residents to enjoy. Other objectives are to support existing park usage, create continuity with the character of the Bluff Park historic neighborhood, and enhance the image of this important Long Beach landmark.
