Shoeboxes of Joy Support our Seniors this holiday season This is a wonderful opportunity for our community to work together and provide a gift to those in need.

Our goal is to be able to provide a “Shoebox of Joy” to the low income elderly and/or disabled, who may not have family or friends close by. You, your business or organization, employees, friends and family, etc., can donate monetary gifts that are tax-deductible. Shoeboxes of Joy is now a non-profit organization with 501c3. We accept cash, checks, or credit cards to help this important cause to o

ur community seniors and disabled adults. We will be starting our holiday season the day after Thanksgiving at the Long Beach Depot until Christmas Eve. There are several ways volunteers can help this year. If you are interested in volunteering, call 360-642-1105 to sign up. You can also help by monetary gifts through PayPal @ [email protected] or stop by any Bank of Pacific and make a donation into SBOJ account.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED! This year Shoeboxes of Joy will be participating in the Loyalty Day Parade. We are looking for a few volunteers to help with our float on May 1st and 2nd, tie ribbons on our handouts (can be done at your home)between now and May 2nd, and a few participants to walk in the parade to hand out our materials.
