Hello Long Beach !

A lot of WILD stuff has been going on in Washington D.C. , and Sacramento in regards to policy.

💰 Do you have back due rent to pay ? Because you had money problems due to Covid ?

🛑 Are you STILL getting harassed by your landlord ?

🔧 Has your landlord not fixed your plumbing (or anything else in your apartment) for months ?

🐀 Do you STILL have rats or bugs 🐜 in your spot ?

If you answered “yes” to any of these questions then these policy changes could affect YOU as a tenant !

We also have a legal clinic every Thursday night starting @ 6pm (see below for flyer!)

Our Thursday night legal clinics are a space where you can get ALL your questions answered. By a real life lawyer !

So please stay tuned over the next few days as we update you on what is all the gossip is about SB 91 and AB 80 !

✊🏽✊🏽✊🏽🔥🔥🔥

¡Hola Long Beach!
