H.A.N.D.S. On International

H.A.N.D.S. On International Helping All Nations in Deeds and Services. Serving the community, building relationship, and loving people Together we can make a difference in peoples lives.

"People don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care”! We are simply regular people joining together in hopes of making a difference in a few lives. We understand that we aren’t able to feed and clothe every person in this world, but we don’t see that reason enough not to try. There are people within our own community and our reach that we can help.

Hi Facebook friends and family!! You all know I do a lot of outreach and public service stuff. It's Easter and, wellll, silly rabbit, Easters for Jesus. But that being said drawing in and loving on the community takes things like an Easter egg hunt. We are planning a full community event to bring in and love on some families. The times right now are hard and there is a lot of fear and uncertainty. But Jesus.... He is the rock and His death and resurrection for our salvation leave stability that can only be found in Him. We want to share Jesus with those around us that don't know Him. We want to love on kids that may be afraid or uncertain or just need to see good people do good things. Here is my ask. We need donations. In faith we have ordered 1000 Easter eggs and materials to pull off a good sized event for a lot of kids. I would love to have a popcorn machine and a few things as well as run off flyers and such with information. Could you consider making a donation to help bless some people this Easter? It's 100% tax deductible. You can make one on H.A.N.D.S. On International or The Genesis Center of Hope websites. You could always PayPal, venmo, cashapp or zelle me personally and I will make sure it goes 100% to the organization. We don't have staff, it's all volunteer run so, as always, any donations will go specifically to helping the community. I don't ask for anything very often but God is really pushing my heart to reach out and serve in this way. Thank you all and please pray for guidance, funds and those around you! Much love and thanks! Posting a picture for attention haha!

We finally have it! A new name for our new outreach offices. We will be calling it "The Center" the full name will be "The Center with HANDS On International". It is a LOT of work to get this set up but what an amazing blessing this process is. We have a wonderful volunteer team right now and are actively looking for more volunteers as well. More to come, pictures, stories and all the grace and encouragement we can give to the people who will walk through our doors. What an exciting journey this is! If you are able to donate funds to help us get everything up and running it is greatly appreciated. Please take some time and pray for us as we embark on this new journey. Much more to come later! If you are in the colorado springs area and have time to spare we can use your help!

Hello Everyone!
Tomorrow is giving Tuesday! Did you know that H.A.N.D.S. On International is still at the park every single week handing out food to the most needy and at risk in our communities? We no longer cook at the park and take extreme precautions as needed because of Covid-19. This has changed the costs we endure as we feed people and pray for them. Would you consider making a donation to help out with the food and sanitary items needed for our ministry? We have not stopped one week of service. Many other outreaches have had to cancel and the need is so great right now. God is using our volunteer crew tremendously. We almost never ask for donations although they are always needed. In this time I am asking if you are able to donate anything, even $5 would you consider going to www.helpingallnations.com and click the donate now button. We appreciate each and every one of you. Your prayers, your love and thoughts for the people we serve and all that everyone has been to us over the last 15 years. God bless you and your families!

Coronavirus steps and precautions for HANDS for the homeless outreach program: Due to the state of emergency in the US and abroad HANDS has prayed and decided to take action to be sure we are doing our part to mitigate the spread of the illness. Effective immediately we request VOLUNTEERS DO NOT GO TO THE PARKS BEFORE CONTACTING US. Our volunteer leaders will be reaching out to individual volunteers and we will be running on a minimum level of personal contact. We will not be cooking openly in anyway at any park location. WE WILL STILL BE HANDING OUT FOOD TO OUR CITIES MOST VULNERABLE AND HOMELESS POPULATIONS. The food and family hygiene products that we hand out will be given out at the same parks we have operated in for several years but it will include "sack lunch" types of pre-made meals for people in need. The minimal number of volunteers handing out the food will refrain from any personal hand to hand contact. We will continue to pray for participants as well as volunteers as needed and trust in the strength of God's protection. We care about those that we serve and understand a good portion of who we serve are at much greater risk of getting ill. We will do everything we can to be sure we are not carelessly spreading the virus around our communities. We thank each and every participant and volunteer that have been with us over the last 15 years of service and we are here in prayer and practical ways, by the grace of God. Thank you all for your understanding and cooperation. Please feel free to contact me, Genesis De Leon, personally at 310-482-7437 should you need prayer or just want to discuss. If you would like to donate to help us with the changing costs of what is needed to cover the needs of those in our neighborhoods you can do so through our website www.helpingallnations.com or directly through paypal using [email protected]

We are simply regular people joining together in hopes of making a difference in a few lives. We understand that we aren’t able to feed and clothe every person in this world, but we don’t see that reason enough not to try. Maybe we can’t help everyone, but there are people within our community...

We want to take this moment to remember and thank God for our very own Deputy Dan. Most of you who have been with us for a while know exactly who Dan is. It's with a sad heart that we bring the news that Dan's several year battle with cancer came to an end a couple days ago. I have been trying to find the right words to say. He was one of the few that showed the homeless respect despite their vices and helped us for years at the park. He is the reason I was able to take two 9 year old homeless girls to disneyland with me one year. They had never even been to a movie in their lifetime let alone an experience like disneyland. Dan gave me tickets to take them. I will cherish the memories of standing by his police car talking to him at the park. The kindness he showed to all of us as we tried to get people off the street. He called me right after I found out I had cancer last year to offer a few words of advice. Even though I did not get to see him much the last two years since we moved here is my thank you and may you rest in peace my friend! This is a picture of Dan and his beautiful wife.
