🚨💔EMERGENCY: GRANDPA NEEDS OUR HELP TO SURVIVE💔🚨

We are absolutely heartbroken, and we desperately need our community to rally around one very special boy tonight.
Meet Grandpa. 🦁❤️

Grandpa is just 3 years old. Two and a half years ago, we sent this sweet boy off to what we believed would be his forever home. Today, he was returned to us in a condition that has left our hearts shattered.

He is skin and bones. He has severe hair loss covering his body. He has an injury to his hip. And most critically, he is suffering from severe anemia.

We cannot begin to describe how devastating it is to see a cat we once placed into a loving home come back to us in such heartbreaking condition. Instead of settling back into our care, Grandpa is now fighting for his life at the emergency veterinary hospital.

🩸He is currently receiving an emergency blood transfusion.

His little body is incredibly fragile, and the next 24 hours will be critical. We are hoping with everything we have that his body responds to the transfusion and gives him a fighting chance.

💔 His estimated veterinary bill for just the FIRST 24 HOURS is $3,500–$4,000. And depending on how he responds, that number could continue to climb.

We weren’t expecting this emergency. We weren’t prepared to see Grandpa again under these circumstances. But the moment he came back through our doors, there was never a question that we would do everything we could to help him.

Grandpa deserved to spend his life safe, healthy, and loved. Right now, he deserves a chance to survive.

We were just given an incredible, last-minute opportunity to host a **5-DAY FIX-A-THON, October 19–23!** 🎉🐱

Our goal? **Spay and neuter 150+ cats in just ONE WEEK!**

But to make this happen, **we urgently need your support!**

Each spay/neuter surgery costs The Little Lion Foundation approximately **$180 to perform**, and we want to help as many cats as possible!

🐱 **$45** covers ¼ of a surgery
🐱 **$90** covers ½ of a surgery
🐱 **$180** sponsors ONE complete surgery
🐱 **$360** helps TWO cats!

Every surgery helps prevent future unwanted litters, reduces shelter overcrowding, and helps break the cycle of homeless cats and kittens.
