Saturday Spokes...Hi Yaw.....Got A bike and wanna ride?..meet @ Houghton Park 9am at the helicopter..casual family neighborhood ride...we usually loop through Lakewood or Bixby Knolls and back..fun little ride, come on out, we keep it safe, wear a helmet, we ride in the street, so small kids should be heavily monitored....see you then.

Hey fellow Fellow Cyclists....ok I know it's been cold mostly in mornings and not so much at night...so the rides will still continue...however this Monday and possibly next Monday I may not be able to ride..so tonight I'm not going to be there..if others want to ride...that's cool...still come on out to meet up with others ...lately it's been just me Art and Dennis...and I do miss Dave, Kellie, Danny,Art, Kat, John, Robert, Megan, Edward, Luis...wow I hope I didn't forget ones who have rode with us...so tonight..I don't have a babysitter...can't leave my 4 year alone...so next week we try again...have a nice week and see you next Monday.

Oh:::::yes...tonight....it's on!...I haven't ridden all week...and weather permitting..i'm going to meet all my friends tonight...why don't you who sit and watch come join us...it's a fun time...your body will love it...and your sleep..afterwards...will be awesome....!
