Alternatives for Vets, provide direct services to the Veteran community. Alternatives for Vets is a 501 (c)3 nonprofit that fosters public health models in the Veteran Claim Process, that helps promote Veterans wellness as they transition back into their communities.

New Regulation: M21-1 and M21-5 As of July 30, 2021, VA must accept a supplemental claim for an issue that is also pending before a federal court. This includes cases before the U.S. District Courts, the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims, and the U.S. Supreme Court. BVA does not fall under this definition of a federal court and is excluded.
