True connection begins with the relationship you have with yourself.

In this women- centered workshop, we’ll explore how self-love shapes the way we show up in relationships—romantic, familial, and personal. Many women are taught to overgive, stay strong, and put their needs last. Over time, this can lead to exhaustion, resentment, or losing touch with who we truly are.

This session offers a calm, supportive space to pause, reconnect, and gently release patterns that no longer serve you. Through guided meditation, reflection, and conscious connection, you’ll be invited to come back to yourself with compassion and clarity.

It is a space to slow down, listen inward, and remember that you are already whole.

In this workshop, you’ll:

đź’“Explore the connection between self-love and healthy relationships
đź’“Gently release old beliefs and habits around overgiving and self-abandonment
đź’“Experience a guided meditation to calm the nervous system and reconnect with your heart
