When change is inevitable, the hardest part can be feeling like you have no control.

Maybe something is changing in your relationship.
Your work.
Your finances.
Your home.
Your plans.
Or simply a chapter of your life that you weren’t ready to let go of.

But what if you stopped asking, “How do I control this?”

And instead asked:

“What is actually within my control?”

I may not be able to control what happens.

But I can choose how I respond.
I can choose where I put my energy.
I can choose my boundaries.
I can choose who I surround myself with.
And I can choose my next step.

Acceptance doesn’t mean you like the situation.

It doesn’t mean you give up.

Sometimes acceptance simply means:

“This is what’s happening. Now what do I want to do with it?”

If you’re experiencing change right now, take a breath.

October: The Art of Becoming ✨

October feels like a month of transformation, integration, and becoming.

As we move from the intensity of summer into the grounding energy of fall, we’re invited to slow down, integrate what we’ve experienced, and ask ourselves:

Who am I becoming now?

For my October crystal reading, I’m working with Mother of Pearl — a beautiful reminder that transformation happens layer by layer.

It takes me back to childhood, when Halloween gave me permission to dress up, step outside my shyness, and become a completely different character for a while.

Maybe that’s what I loved most about it.

I was practicing becoming.

And perhaps October is inviting us to do that again — not by pretending to be someone else, but by consciously choosing the version of ourselves we’re ready to embody.

✨ Who do you choose to be?

Mother of Pearl is one of the pieces I’m intuitively choosing to work with this October as a tool and reminder for this journey.

✨ FOLLOW YOUR JOY. ✨

It sounds so simple… but how often do we actually do it?

Not long ago, I found myself in survival mode fear, stress, uncertainty, and so many changes happening at once.

And I realized I had a choice.

I could keep feeding the fear…

Or I could choose love. ❤️

And one of the simplest ways I’ve found to choose love is to find the joy that is available right now.

Not waiting for life to be perfect.
Not pretending everything is okay.

Just asking:

“What would bring me a little joy in this moment?”

Maybe it’s dancing.
Maybe it’s creating.
Maybe it’s laughing.
Maybe it’s simply being present.

Because no matter how difficult life feels, there is always a doorway where joy can enter. ✨

And sometimes, following that little spark of joy is exactly what brings us back to ourselves.

So today… follow your joy. 💗

✨ WHAT IF LIFE GETS TO BE FUN AGAIN?

When did life become so serious?

We spend so much time healing, growing, releasing, manifesting, figuring things out, and trying to become the next version of ourselves… that sometimes we forget to simply ENJOY BEING ALIVE.

What if you gave yourself permission to play again?

To laugh.
To be curious.
To do something just because it feels good.
To follow an impulse without needing to know where it will lead.

This Monday on Activation Monday, we’re exploring what happens when we stop believing everything has to be hard, serious, or purposeful.

And if enough people show up, I may even bring out my dowsing rods for some playful YES or NO questions. 😄✨

Because sometimes we don’t need another thing to fix.

Sometimes we just need to remember how to PLAY.
