Our Summer Seaside Social was full of new connections, arts and crafts, great food, and thoughtful conversations about our city’s needs 🌞

Hearing everyone’s vision for a better Long Beach during our discussion circles has us fired up & we’re ready to speak up at City Hall about budget priorities that keep families safe and housed. ✊🗣️

That’s why, the Our Budget, Our Future coalition is calling for city leaders to ensure critical funding through investing:

✅ $3 million towards its Justice Fund program, to support ongoing efforts to protect our Long Beach immigrant community members and connect them to legal support
✅ $2.2 million in Measure A funding to expand the Tenants’ Right to Counsel program

✅ $2.2 millones en los fondos de la Medida A para ampliar el programa Derecho a un Abogado para Inquilinos.
