A great big congratulations to all our recent G4V graduates! πŸŽΈπŸ˜ŽπŸ‡ΊπŸ‡ΈπŸ™ŒπŸ½β€οΈπŸ’œ......We have been quite busy here at Guitars for Vets - Long Beach, CA......in the last 2 weeks, we have graduated 5 classes (31 new G4V graduates total πŸŽΈπŸ˜ŽπŸ™ŒπŸ½πŸ₯°) across some of our different satellite locations to include our main campus at Tibor Rubin VA Medical Center here in Long Beach......amazing job and a big round of applause to all these veterans (and we even have some Operation Bass Camp grads - see picsπŸ˜ŽπŸŽΈπŸ‘πŸ»)! 🎸πŸ₯°πŸ‘πŸ½πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ.......and also a great big thanks to our amazing G4V team of instructors here at Long Beach Chapter: Al Murray (Chapter Co-Coordinator, USMC), Charles Walsh (USMC), Sandy Siegel, Art Rothafel, Jim Parkinson (USN), Mark Canett, Laurence Fujimoto, Clint Buckman, Nick De Anda, Dr. Patricia Lutfy, Dennis Thurmond (Army), and SungHwa Thurmond......you all rock and a thousand thanks for dedicating your time, skill, talent, kindness, patience, and love to our veterans and guiding them on their guitar/musical journey.....I appreciate and love you all and G4V LB wouldn't be what it is without you from the bottom of my heart - thank you, thank you!!! πŸ˜ŽπŸŽΈπŸ‡ΊπŸ‡ΈπŸ™πŸ½πŸ₯°β€οΈ - Ming

Good times over the weekend NAMM Show 2025! It was great seeing our Guitars For Vets leadership again (Nigel Fischer, Eric Weinstein, Peter Ruzicka) .....great to see you gents and I am so glad you guys were able to meet our recent graduate, Jeff Costello (USMC) from our Guitars for Vets - Long Beach, CA Chapter......glad you all were able to hear firsthand from Jeff on what we are accomplishing here and what our program means to our veterans! A big congratulations to our new Guitars for Vets - Long Beach, CA graduates: Ray Law (Army), Glen Tucker (Army), Jenna Clay (Army), Victor Gonzalez (USMC), Jeff Costello (USMC), Pablo Vega (USMC), Luis Chavez (Army), Soma Webb (Army), and Shawna Rae Duncan (USAF) (not pictured)......and thanks to G4V Alums Jack Saude (Army) and Erik Duane (USMC) for helping out with this new class .....also, pleased to announce that Luis and Victor our among our first Operation Bass Camp graduates......let's give a big salute and round of applause to these new grads! πŸ˜ŽπŸŽΈπŸ‡ΊπŸ‡ΈπŸ™ŒπŸ½β€οΈπŸ‘πŸ½......also, a big thank you to our brilliant G4V teaching staff here at our LB site, Dennis Thurmond, SungHwa Thurmond, and Dr. Patricia Lutfy .......this Chapter wouldn't be what it is without your help, dedication, kindness, and devotion to our veterans - I can't thank you all enough πŸ˜ŽπŸ™πŸ½β€οΈπŸ₯°.........

Stay tuned for what G4V LB has in store for 2025......lots of great things happening.....starting our next sessions in a couple of weeks at our main campus at Tibor Rubin VA Medical Center in Long Beach, in addition to lessons launching at a couple more new satellite locations in Orange County, partnerships with more community organizations, and more veterans events to attend in the community .....our LB Chapter just continues to expand πŸ˜ŽπŸ‘πŸ»πŸŽΈπŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ........I know I am behind on some posts, but I will be doing a photo dump recap of all the amazing events and things that G4V LB was able to accomplish in 2024, so stay tuned! πŸ˜ŽπŸ‘πŸ»πŸŽΈ
