The Lone Rock Fire Department would like to thank everyone who made our 3rd annual banquet a huge success! A special shout out to John Kjos of BSN Outdoors for his handling of all the guns as well as registering them and Jacob Hills of Elite Auction Services in running the auction and entertaining the group! We cannot say how much we appreciate the people within the district as well as neighboring areas who come out in full support of us year after year. Please keep an eye out for information on next years date! See you all in 2027!

It is with sad news that Lone Rock Fire Department announces the passing away of Firefighter Steve Morgenson on December 25th, 2025. Steve was a firefighter on the department for 32 years. Besides being a firefighter Steve held the rank of Lieutenant for 5 years and an active EMT on Lone Rock EMS. He was also the co founder and former advisor of the Lone Rock Fire Explorers program which is a junior firefighter group that helps recruit firefighters to the department. Steve’s knowledge and wisdom will be greatly missed around the firehouse.
