"Remembering Together" is our 'Memory Cafe' that provides activities for seniors with early-stage cognitive challenges and support for their caregivers. It has been expanded to three hours (11 am to 2 pm) every other Thursday, and our next session is this Thursday, Aug 27. Please call us at 824-4343 to reserve your space! Londonderry Health & Wellness Fair Aug 28

Neighborhood Connections will be holding its Second Annual “Living Well” Health & Wellness Fair on Friday, August 28, 2026, from 11 AM to 2 PM, rain or shine. The Event will be held The Londonderry Marketplace, 5700 Rte 100 in Londonderry Vermont. Free local produce and a free BBQ will be available on-site.

The Fair is an opportunity for visitors to learn about wellness-based goods and services to help the community “Live Well.” A dynamic group of exhibitors has confirmed attendance to bring awareness of benefits, services and health services to the mountain town communities.

Confirmed exhibitors include the Alzheimer's Association, Bone Builders, Care Patrol, the Climate Action Office, Dartmouth Cancer Center, Dartmouth Health Home Care, Efficiency Vermont, Go! Vermont, Home Matters Caregiving, Live-In Home Care, Mountain Towns Recreation, M&T Bank, Northshire Day School, SEVCA, Smokey House, Springfield Hospital, Turning Point, Tai Chi Vermont, and United Way of Windham County.

Whiting Library is excited to be working with Neighborhood Connections for an informational drop-in session on August 13th at 3:30 PM at the library. Trained staff will assist with filling out social services application forms and can answer questions about all the varieties of support the organization provides for older adults in Chester, Andover, and surrounding areas.

Whether you're looking for help getting to a doctor's appointment, are stuck trying to fill out a SNAP application, want to build up your bones via wellness classes, or are just searching for a warm and comfortable place to have a community meal, Neighborhood Connections has got you covered. Those are only scratching the surface of what the organization provides to their communities.
