WEBTER HOUSE!! 💖

We’re so grateful to continue our partnership with Webster House as an official drop-off location for The Suitcase Project! 🧳💙 Because of their ongoing support of fostered youth, our community has an easy and reliable place to donate items that will go directly into suitcases for children in their home!! Every drop-off represents kindness, generosity, and the belief that every child deserves to feel valued and prepared. Thank you to Webster House for standing with us in this mission and to everyone in our community who continues to show up with such incredible support!

Thank you so much to Mrs. Gagliardi for donating this bag filled with thoughtful items! Support like this reminds me how valuable this project truly is. I’m so grateful for our incredible community and can’t wait to give this to a family in need. 💛

The Suitcase Project is Growing - and We Need Doers!

As our mission continues to expand, so does the need for committed, hands-on people who are ready to step in and make a real impact.

The Suitcase Project exists to ensure children entering foster care and group homes are given dignity, not trash bags, when carrying their belongings. That work doesn’t happen by accident. It takes organization, outreach, fundraising, logistics, and boots-on-the-ground help.

We are currently SEEKING:

• Hands-on volunteers to help with sorting, packing, organizing, and deliveries

• Members-at-large to support outreach, partnerships, and community efforts

• Board members who are ready to provide leadership, accountability, and active participation

This isn’t about titles, it’s about commitment!! We are looking for individuals who are dependable, collaborative, and ready to contribute time and effort to something that truly matters!

If you’ve been wanting to make a tangible difference in the lives of children in our community, this is your opportunity.

SALEM CASINO & CHARITABLE GAMING

Thank you to Salem Casino for choosing The Suitcase Project as your very first nonprofit partner during your grand opening week! 🎉

Because of their generosity, my nonprofit has received $44,000 in funding, support that will allow me to expand this mission nationwide!
🥹💗🙌🏼✨

When I first started The Suitcase Project, the goal was simple: to make sure foster youth never had to move from place to place with just a trash bag for their belongings. Since then, I’ve organized fundraisers like the Floral Fundraiser, the Raffle Calendar, and many suitcase drive, and with the help of our incredible community, we’ve already been able to provide hundreds of foster youth and families with suitcases & duffles!! 😊🙌🏼

Now, thanks to this incredible gift from Salem Casino, we’re taking the next step, expanding across the country so more children and families entering foster care or other organizations will feel seen, valued, and supported 🌎💫

To everyone who has ever donated, volunteered, or simply shared our mission, you are the reason The Suitcase Project is here today. This is just the beginning, and I cannot wait to see where The Suitcase Project goes next. Thank you for believing in me, and thank you Salem Casino for leading the way in making a difference!!!!
