We had a great club meeting for the month of October🎃 We began the meeting by naming our member of the month, Hope Helton, who was recognized for being at every FCCLA event! Who knows who could be the next one, it could be you!! ❤️ To continue the meeting we spilt into groups and while some completed the community service project of painting rocks for children hospitals, others learnt about star events and power of ones. If you’re interested in doing either feel free to DM this account or any of the other officers or talk to a FCS teacher ❤️🍂🎃

🧡🍂 FCCLA fun is even better when we’re together! Today, our FCCLA family enjoyed a day at the pumpkin patch filled with pumpkins, feeding animals, trying to make our way through the corn maze, and creating memories as a group. 🎃🌽🐐

Our advisors, officers, and a few members had a great time at our first regional meeting this past Friday! We met the regional officer team, played fun games, and had an officer meeting to learn our positions

Most importantly we had the opportunity to meet guest speakers, Liam’s parents Amanda and BJ Cromer, they told us Liam’s story and how important it truly is for us to focus on his fundraiser this year ❤️.

Overall, we had a great meeting and can’t wait for the next event, hope to see you there! ❤️🌹

Ending the year with full hearts and lots to celebrate. Closing out another unforgettable year with our South Laurel High School FCCLA chapter at our banquet. We had so many milestones; we celebrated our seniors, recognized outstanding members, officers, and advisors (We love Mrs.Proffitt!), and installed new leadership for the year ahead. We honored the hard work, leadership, and dedication that made this year so memorable to all of us. Our banquet was the perfect way to wrap up another meaningful year with the SLHS FCCLA. ❤️
