Prosper Appalachia Prosper Appalachia is on a mission to empower and connect our next generation of young people with opportunities to work and thrive in Eastern Kentucky.

We partner with local, placed-based organizations and employer partners to provide a “no-wrong door” approach to ensure an ever increasing amount of youth and young adults persist from high school, to and through post-secondary or skilled trades training, and into sustainable employment.
