Meeting called to order by Commander at 6:00 p.m.

1. Roll call of Officers:

2. Emergency Agenda:
1. Post 211 Bar Closure:
a. Penni motioned to keep only the Bar open for members and guest, second by Richard, motion passed.
b. Members and guest to follow social distance rules and help prevent the spread of virus
2. Post Bar will remain open unless mandated by the Governor to close up clubs and bars.
3. Events on calendar for this month are canceled.
4. Charlie canceled Friday Karaoke for the month.
5. Larry to notify groups that all social activities on calendar are canceled until further notice.
6. Area 6 Director visit canceled.
7. Bar Protocol Rules placed at bar

3. Fundraising update:
a. Ribs were a great success.
b. April 11, Private Party still in place

Per Post 211 Commander Hutchins Post 211 will close until March 30. During the duration of the closure there will be no social gatherings or meetings. Stand by for guidance for next month. We of the SAL wish you all good health and to remind you to stand together (as we keep our distance) as our great country has to deal with some hard times. Be thoughtful and kind.
