GIVE $5 FOR FIDO
Is your dog going deaf? The American Kennel Club estimates that 10% of dogs suffer from some form of deafness and this percentage increases significantly for senior dogs. Canine hearing devices start at $3,500 and there is a 50% chance that the dog will accept the device. As such, there is currently no economical or effective solution to preserve your dog's hearing.
Dyranomics has partnered with The FETCHLAB at the University of Cincinnati to develop a low-cost hearing device fitted just for your dog and we aim to raise $500,000 to make this happen with a Give $5 For Fido campaign. Folks, with over 80 million dogs in the US we can do this! Your job is to endear sponsors or encourage other dog owners to get involved. A $5 tax-deductible donation from every dog owner in the US would solve all common canine maladies!
Dyranomics has no employees and will funnel 100% of your tax-deductible donations to an endowment fund at the University of Cincinnati to fund the development of the hearing device (see Causes) by Dr. Peter Scheifele's canine audiology team at THE FETCHLAB. The goal is to develop an effective canine hearing device at a retail price of approximately $200. With your small $5 donation you can be part of the solution to preserve your dog's hearing.
