Galatians 5:13 Community Kitchen The Community Kitchen ministry provides food, fellowship & more to the community of Lometa.

Our hope is to love on everyone we encounter like Jesus and to bring love and hope into a community we call home.

🚨UPDATE🚨

As most of you know the Community Kitchen is a volunteer based outreach. This means the work put into it each month and the financial is all out of a heart of loving on others and out of our pockets.
For the month of March we will not be making deliveries because financially it’s pushing it. We have some things we are helping with for friends this month and doing both financially doesn’t make sense unfortunately.
We will be back at it next month as we regroup. In the meantime don’t hesitate to reach out if you need anything. We are willing to help in any way we can. Thank you for your continued support. We look forward to hugging your necks in April 🤍

Today is the day! Our favorite day of the month.
We will be handing out free meals at the R.P. Hines building in Lometa.

One thing has changed….. the menu for today. With the cooler weather coming in we thought a nice hot soup would warm those tummies. Today’s menu is….

Cheesey taco soup
Tortilla chips
Dessert
Water

We hope everyone enjoyed the holidays and you were able to make some wonderful memories with the ones you love ❤️
2026 is here and we are more ready than ever to continue our mission, which is just to show as many people as we can the love of Jesus through us.
Our first meal handout for this year will be on Thursday, January 22nd.

Meal will include:

⭐️Burger (and all the fixins)
⭐️Chips
⭐️Dessert
⭐️Water

We pray for each day of this new year to bring you and your family blessings. As always we love y’all and can’t wait to hug your necks this month ❤️

What a Sam’s Club haul looks like for the kitchen 🥛🥕🍗
We just wanted to say thank you to some people who have donated to the kitchen recently. Laura Haider, Myles Haider and Matt Beauchamp were so gracious these last couple of months and asked if they could give to us so we could continue to give to you each month. Because of your donations:
⭐️ We are going to be able to give a hot meal to so many families on this rainy day 🌧️
⭐️ We were able to get some specific grocery items for a gentleman who was recently diagnosed with cancer and has special dietary restrictions.
⭐️ And we are going to be able to help two families right before the holidays and gift them some gift cards.
You’re helping us love on people and we are so thankful for the kindness you have shown our mission. Words cannot express the deep gratitude we have for your help the last two months ❤️

We have moved the free meal delivery up a day due to some things coming up unexpectedly. WE WILL BE DELIVERING WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 17th (tomorrow) now.
The place of pick up is the same…. R.P. Hines building in Lometa starting at 6. And the menu is the same 🤗

⭐️IMPORTANT UPDATE FOR DECEMBER⭐️

We will be delivering a week early this month on Thursday, December 18th. The time and place stays the same. You can pick up free meals starting at 6 at the R.P. Hines Building in Lometa. As always we offer delivery too 🙂
