GOD OUR FATHER
The thief comes
only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have
life, and have it to the full” (John 10:10). Not a depressed, isolated,
medicated, bogged down, and restricted life, but an abundant life.
A life where joy meets you each morning as you wake and an eager expectation of what the day will bring fills you down to your
toes.
Life with Christ is an adventure. There are peaks and valleys,
highs and lows, and sometimes disappointments, but it is a journey.
It is a race we are running with the Creator of the Universe in the
lead. (Hebrews 12:1-2) We are part of His story. We already know
the end (if you don’t know already, it’s a good one), it’s just all the
bits in between that are a mystery to us.
When heaven and earth have passed away and we all sit down to
watch how God’s grand plan played out, we will be amazed at the
impact we had and the role we played.
All of the trials we went through, we will see the purpose and how
God used them to build us up, to strengthen others, and to work
through us to accomplish His plan.
God has a plan for you. He has invited you to enter in to be a part
of His victory. Whatever fears you are facing today are just the
enemy’s attempts to squash you, to sit on you, and keep you down
and out of the fun.
In Christ, you are a conqueror.
