Coming Soon … BB-17mu O’Tannenbear

A Special Collector Edition Created Exclusively for the Wee Forest Folk Museum
Limited to just 36 pieces — featuring mostly One-of-a-Kind creations

Celebrate the holiday season with O’Tannenbear, a charming little bear created exclusively for the Wee Forest Folk Museum. Dressed in a festive holiday outfit, O’Tannenbear is mounted on a holly base with an assortment of beautiful Christmas presents. Each piece is hand-cast in stone resin and measures approximately 2.25" tall × 2" wide × 2" deep.

This highly limited edition includes a selection of One-of-a-Kind pieces (29 total), including sets limited to 2 pieces (2 sets) and 3 pieces (1 set). With only 36 pieces available, each O’Tannenbear is a special addition to any Wee Forest Folk collection. Pieces will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

All items are charity donations in accordance with 501(c)(3) regulations of the IRS. All sales are final.

Wee Forest Folk Fairy Godmother (C-7)

Created as part of the Cinderella Collection (C), the Fairy Godmother (C-7) dates from 1989–1994. Sculpted by Annette Petersen, this piece measures 1.875" tall × 2.75" wide × 1.75" deep and is hand-cast in stone resin.
This Fairy Godmother is a Wee Forest Folk painter one-of-a-kind (OOAK). For decades, factory painters were permitted to create and paint their own pieces after completing their regular work. These special creations range from simple color variations to highly embellished pieces featuring unique changes and added details.
Because these pieces were generally created for the painters' private collections, most were never formally documented, making surviving examples rare and especially interesting.
This Fairy Godmother is on display at the Wee Forest Folk Museum, alongside other unique and rare creations from the world of Wee Forest Folk.

Created as part of the Beaver Series (BV), the Beaver Wood Cutter (BV-1) dates from 1978 to 1980. Created by W***y Petersen, this piece is 3.25" tall x 1.875" wide x 2” deep and is hand-cast in stone resin. This piece is on display at the Wee Forest Folk Museum with other Creations by Wee Forest Folk.

Wee Forest Folk Miss Hippo (H-1)

Created as part of the Hippo Series (H), Miss Hippo (H-1) dates from 1974 to 1979. Created by Annette Petersen, this piece is 2.25" tall x 1.5" wide x 1.375” deep and is hand-cast in stone resin. This piece is on display at the Wee Forest Folk Museum with other Hippos from the series.

Wee Forest Folk Penguin (PG-1)

The penguin (PG-1) dates prior to 1975. Created by Annette Petersen, this piece is 2" tall x 1.5" wide x 1.5” deep and is hand-cast in stone resin on a stone base. There is no record that Anette released this piece for sale. This piece is on display at the Wee Forest Folk Museum for a limited time.
