Since opening its doors in 1996, Ronald McDonald House® Inland Empire has helped families stay close to their child’s medical care and navigate the challenges that come with hospitalization. For nearly 30 years, more than 18,000 families have found a place to rest after long hospital days, share warm meals, access essential resources, and connect with a community that understands. Today, Ronald McDonald House® Inland Empire welcomes more than 54 families each night, helping ease the practical and emotional burdens of being far from home for a child’s care. By supporting the whole family, from caregivers to siblings, we help families stay together, feel strengthened, and focus their energy where it matters most: their child.

Jo knows that firsthand.

When her family needed support, they found a welcoming place to stay close to care and a community that understood the challenges they were facing.

October 15 holds a special place in our hearts. ❤️

Today marks the anniversary of the opening of the first Ronald McDonald House, and one year since we introduced our modernized brand alongside our Family Stays platform.

Over the last year, Chapters around the world have brought our new brand to life, all while celebrating the families at the heart of our mission.

When a child is ill or injured, family isn’t just there for a visit. They stay for the long haul. Ronald McDonald House makes it stay that way.

For two decades, runners have gone the distance with one shared goal: helping families stay close to the care their children need.

What an unforgettable night!

Thank you to everyone who joined us for the 2026 Legacy of Hope Gala: Honoring 30 Years of Family, Community, and Care. Together, we celebrated three decades of keeping families close and raised more than $110,000 to support families served by Ronald McDonald House Inland Empire.

A heartfelt thank you to our generous sponsors: ArrowHeart Foundation, Ventura Foods, Riverside County First District Supervisor Jose Medina, Highroad Information Technology, and Riverside County Fourth District Supervisor V. Manuel Perez.

Grayson was born early at 33 weeks and needed immediate surgery and specialized care. For nearly a month while Grayson was in the NICU, his parents, Paige and Jordan, stayed just steps away at Ronald McDonald House Louisville

Once a Ronald McDonald House Family, always a Ronald McDonald House Family. ❤️

While Harlow and Hadley were in the NICU, the Rardon family found comfort and support at Ronald McDonald House Charities of Mid-Missouri. Now, the twins have made it a tradition to give back by volunteering at the House each year, even spending part of their birthday this year packing lunches and preparing a meal for families staying at the House.
