If you are a homeowner and/or resident in the Breckenridge Club neighborhood off of Old Loganville Road, we encourage you to join the private Breckenridge Club group (link can be found in the March 2, 2023 email from Tess David with Liberty), which is where you can post messages for your fellow neighbors. Comments posted on previous posts on this page will not be seen by those in our neighborhood.

When you are requesting to be added to the private Breckenridge Club group (link can be found in the March 2, 2023 email from Tess David with Liberty), please be sure to answer the 3 required questions and read and agree to follow the group rules. If all of those steps are not completed, you cannot be admitted to the group.

We are looking forward to having a private neighborhood group to share info and get to know each other a bit better.

The roadway at Stonecrest Drive and Creekmore Lane has been washed away due to the heavy flooding on Jan. 9, 2024 and is now fully closed. Engineers from ER Snell are on site, however, they cannot see the full extent of the damage until water levels recede. All residents are advised to avoid the area and all local deliveries have been stopped. Residents will not be able to drive to their houses, but the sidewalk is still open. Other roads affected include Stonecrest Lane and Slateridge Lane. The goal is to begin repairs tomorrow.

1/10/24 UPDATE: Crews will begin working tomorrow to temporarily fix part of the roadway so that one lane can be reopened. However, the repairs required to permanently fix the roadway are extensive and will likely take some time to complete. That project will start in the next few days. One lane of the roadway will remain open during the repair process. We thank all the residents for their patience during this time.

PUBLIC NOTICE: One lane of Stonecrest Drive and Creekmore Lane is currently shut down as crews assess the damage of erosion due to today’s heavy rain. All residents are advised to avoid the area and all local deliveries are being stopped. Currently the road is only open to thru traffic. Other roads affected include Stonecrest Lane and Slateridge Lane.

Valued Breckenridge Club Homeowners and Residents,

I hope everyone had a wonderful week, and enjoying some cooler weather. This is a friendly reminder that parking on the sidewalks in this community is not permitted. It was brought to my attention that several cars are parked on the sidewalks in the evenings. Please make arrangements to park in compliance with the documents, which state you must be parked in your garage (dwelling) and/or driveway. Please let me know if you should have any questions.

This year the pool closing date is set for September 30th.

Good afternoon all,

The board and I are aware of the color of the pool water (if still cloudy). The board and I are actively working with the pool vendor to clear the water and it remain that way for the Summer.

Last, please keep in mind that the Breckenridge Club Pool is a public pool exclusive to a large association made up of 305 homes, 305+ different personalities, and many other factors. When sharing the pool space with your neighbors, please respect others with the volume of your music, your language, and your behavior.
