NEW BUSINESS ALERT!!
We're so excited to introduce the very first incubator kitchen entrepreneur, here at The Kitchen Logansport!

Meet Gabriel Fitzgerald, founder of Gabriel's Kitchen LLC. Cooking since age 8, Gabriel was trained at The Chef’s Academy and built his experience across country clubs, casinos, dietary chefs, and scratch kitchens. He now draws inspiration from his Mexican and Black heritage and Chicago roots to create elevated comfort food; all designed to bring people together!

Gabriel's Kitchen will be making their debut this Saturday at the Logansport Farmers Market. So come on down, show some support, and enjoy a breakfast bowl while strolling the market!
