Big news for healthcare in our area! Welcome home Justin Turner.

Proud of our hometown boy!

Marshall Health Network announced today that Justin Turner, Chief Operating Officer of Rivers Health, has accepted the position of Chief Executive Officer at Logan Regional Medical Center, a member of Scion Health.

Turner will return to his hometown in late August.

“On behalf of Marshall Health Network and the Rivers Health Board of Directors, we extend our sincere appreciation to Justin for his dedicated leadership and contributions to Rivers Health,” said Scott Raynes, President and CEO of Marshall Health Network. “Justin guided Rivers Health through important milestones and improvements, and his commitment to serving the community has been evident in all he does. While we will miss his leadership here, we are thrilled for him to have this opportunity to serve his hometown and continue making a positive impact in rural healthcare.”

Members of the Marshall Health Network executive team will provide interim leadership and operational support to ensure continuity of care and services while the search for a permanent Chief Operating Officer is underway.
