As you may have heard - we are in jeopardy of losing our home at Coconut Cove - there are plans in the works to try and keep it open, but in the meantime, keeping expenses at a minimum is important.
One of the ways to reduce expenses is to have volunteers come clean, and believe me if I could be there I would be there in a heartbeat! I LOVE TO CLEAN...but I just had surgery yesterday and I’m still in a massive CRPS flair. So, that being said, I need people to go in my place. They will be starting at 5:30 tonight and working all night, the goal is to clean like your mother-in-law’s coming over for the first time!🤣😜
So please show up anytime after 5:30, come in crummy clothes, if you have extra cleaning supplies , rags, or paper towels, please feel free to bring them. We will have stuff and go get stuff as needed.
I’ve said this before and I will always say it, it takes a village, it takes an entire community to do what we do. So if you’ve been blessed by this charity, here is a great way to help.
If you just love to clean, if you love Coconut Cove, or if you just wanna get out on a Friday night, we don’t care what the reason.... is we just need you!
If you need to bring your little ones, Keisha Pink is bringing her movie projector and putting a movie on so bring a pillow and a blanket, and the kids can lay down and watch movies.
If you can’t come, but have supplies you would like to donate. That would be great also!
I am a cleaning fanatic so me not being there makes me really sad so please go in my place!!
