Mother’s Day can hold so many different emotions.

Joy and grief. Gratitude and exhaustion. Celebration and longing.

This Mother's Day, we want to honor not just one version of motherhood, but every woman carrying a story that may not always be seen. The mothers showing up every day despite overwhelm. The women longing for a child. The ones grieving loss. The daughters navigating complicated relationships. The moms silently struggling with anxiety, depression, or loneliness while still caring for everyone around them.

If this day feels beautiful, complicated, painful, or all of the above — you are not alone. Your story matters, your feelings are valid, and you deserve support and care too.

Superbowl 60 is taking place this weekend and while we all enjoy tuning into a good game of football, we wanted to remind everyone that it is more than just a sporting event; it brings millions of dollars to the host city. Unfortunately, it can also attract some individuals who promote and engage in s*x trafficking. Shared Hope International has highlighted the exploitation of individuals who are forced into s*x trafficking.

With heightened awareness and training, maybe we can make a difference this year.
