Please welcome our next special guest to Lodi Comic Con Spring, presented by Utility Telecom on May 9-10, 2026 at the Lodi Grape Festival Grounds - James C. Mulligan!

James C. Mulligan’s work is represented in galleries internationally, and collected by everyone from Hugh Hefner (where his work was recently featured in Mr. Hefner‘s lifetime estate auction) and Johnny Depp to Dick VanDyke, Richard Sherman (half of the Oscar-winning song writing duo of Mary Poppins) and Roger Daltrey. An artist with a career long relationship with the Walt Disney Company, spanning over two decades, projects include Animazement, Light Magic, Haunted Mansion Holiday, and newly revitalized classics from Walt Disney Feature Animation.

His design, fine art and gallery work includes Pl***oy, Coca-Cola, the Magic Castle in Hollywood, Fox, Dreamworks, Warner Brothers, the Chuck Jones Family, Marvel, DC, Lexus, and the Elvis Presley Estate (where his solo art show at the Bellagio in Las Vegas, shattered all previous records). His corporate, comic convention and artist appearances have taken him to the ends of the earth, with destinations such as Dubai, London, Kuwait, Berlin and Singapore (and every spot in between). Recently, he has been heavily involved with the global sensation, Disney’s LORCANA. New Disney comic releases, for which he created the covers, include Disney’s Hercules, Lilo & Stitch, Zootopia, Duck Tales, Frozen… with more to come. Find him on Instagram

Please welcome our next special guest to Lodi Comic Con Spring, presented by Utility Telecom on May 9-10, 2026 at the Lodi Grape Festival Grounds - C. Andrew Nelson!

C. Andrew Nelson is an award winning artist, actor, writer, producer, director and public speaker. Andrew spent four years as a visual effects artist at Industrial Light & Magic with credits that include Star Wars Episode I: The Phantom Menace, Galaxy Quest, Adventures of Rocky & Bullwinkle, The Perfect Storm, Jurassic Park III, The Time Machine, and Star Wars Episode II: Attack of the Clones.

Prior to joining ILM, Andrew worked nearly six years at LucasArts Entertainment Company where he served as a visual effects supervisor. At LucasArts he helped create and design such popular games as Dark Forces, Rebel Assault II, Full Throttle, The Dig, Jedi Knight, Curse of Monkey Island, Masters of Teras Kasi, Shadows of the Empire, Rogue Squadron, and Indiana Jones & the Infernal Machine. Andrew has worked extensively with sister companies Lucasfilm Ltd., Lucas Learning, Lucas Licensing, and THX.

Andrew is probably best known for having portrayed the character of Darth Vader for film, television, games, commercials, print, and live appearances including the Special Edition re-release of the original Star Wars trilogy as well as in the Rebel Assault II and Dark Forces games from LucasArts. With over twelve years as the iconic Dark Lord, he has managed to spend more time in the official Vader costume than any other actor.

Beyond his tenure with the Lucas companies, C. Andrew Nelson has been a consulting VFX supervisor and art director for some of the top effects, animation, and post-production facilities in the world. His credits include Rocky Balboa, The Last Mimzy, Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer, Rush Hour 3, Enchanted, The Kite Runner, The Spiderwick Chronicles, Jumper, and Race to Witch Mountain. Andrew also served two terms on the Board of Directors of the Visual Effects Society.

Reagan Murdock is a voice actor from Dallas, T exas. He is primarily known for his roles as the English voices of Aki Hayakawa from Chainsaw Man, Shion from Hell’s Paradise, Itsuomi from A Sign of Affection, Zunesha from One Piece, Jun Wu from Heaven Official’s Blessing, The Sundown Kid in Live A Live, Moz from Dr. Stone, and Alvin from Don’t Hurt Me, My Healer! When not behind the microphone, Reagan is a trained opera singer, avid reader, and all-around lover of art, philosophy, language, and being mildly annoying to the people he likes.

Please welcome our next special guest to Lodi Comic Con Spring, presented by Utility Telecom on May 9-10, 2026 at the Lodi Grape Festival Grounds - Ken Mitchroney and Beth Mitchroney!

Beth Mitchroney began her connection with comic books using her size 12 brush to ink “big black spots” on pages drawn by her husband, Ken Mitchroney.

When their studio, Last Laff, was contracted to adapt Robert Asprin’s novel, “MythConceptions,” into comic book form, Beth used her journalism training to write the eight scripts in 16 days. She later wrote scripts for “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Adventures” as well.

Mirage Studios hired her to handle the TMNT fan mail and to provide watercolors for special edition compilations of their “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Adventures” stories. She also has drawn special pages and provided watercolor backgrounds for covers of the comic book “Ren and Stimpy.”

In animation, she has contributed storyboards and scripts for such series as “Back to the Future” and “Disney’s Timon and Pumba.

Ken Mitchroney is well known as a comic book artist and animation director who has worked on feature films from Toy Story 2 to the Lego Movie. He has also worked on animated television shows including Tiny Toon adventure, Animaiacs, Planet Sheen and many others

He's work on the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle Adventures comics and Ren and Stimpy for Marvel Comics are some of his notable achievements during his long comic book career. He is also a storyboard and live action director that still takes time to run steam trains at Redwood Valley Railway in Tilden park.

Justin is an illustrator, concept artist and animator from Northern California. He has worked in numerous artistic fields including animation, gaming and advertising. He’s worked with companies such as Nickelodeon, MTV, Picture Plane Illustration, Wild Brain and TBS. He’s also spent time in Japan as a concept artist.

Please welcome our next special guest to Lodi Comic Con Spring, presented by Utility Telecom on May 9-10, 2026 at the Lodi Grape Festival Grounds - Andrey Ivchenko!

Andrey began his acting career in Toronto. Almost immediately, Andrey signed with an agent and began landing acting/stunt roles on such known shows as: "Falling Skies," "Nikita," and "The Transporter" (the TV series). He landed his first leading role in a Lionsgate feature called "The Way Of The West" which was released in 2011 as well as a lead role in the Envision Media feature "Freezer" opposite Dylan McDermot which was released in 2014.
After having some great success in Canada, Andrey decided to make the move to Los Angeles. Since moving to LA about 9 years ago, Andrey has landed almost a dozen additional recognizable credits in television and film. He is most recognized as the Russian Terminator, Grigori, on season 3 of the Netflix mega hit series "Stranger Things" as well as from his supporting role, opposite Vin Diesel, in the box office hit "xXx: The Return Of Xander Cage" as the Russian villain 'Red Erik.' Andrey has also been seen recurring on the TV show "Counterpart" on Starz! and a Guest Star appearance on the hit Netflix show "Lucifer." He's also very recognized as Perseus, the leading villain character in "Call Of Duty: Black Ops Cold War." Most recently, he completed a feature film called "Darkness Of Man" where he stars opposite Jean-Claude Van Damme as well as the feature film "The Best Man" that will be distributed by Saban Films out early 2023.
Andrey has definitely become a recognizable face and name within the entertainment industry and this next year will be very exciting with all of the upcoming projects he has in the works. In his spare time he likes to hang out with friends, go to the gym, and travel.
