PALS is a 501(c)3 private non-profit, No Kill, animal rescue operating PALS Haven, serving Lodi, and our surrounding communities, working to save the lives of stray and abandoned animals. After many years of volunteering in various capacities at the Lodi Animal Shelter, a dedicated group calling themselves "Shelter Volunteers" applied for non-profit 501(c)(3) status as People Assisting the Lodi An

imal Shelter (PALS). Operating out of a small 700 sq ft building with 8 outdoor kennels, PALS provided 18 years of service to the City of Lodi, and the Lodi Animal Shelter, where we had great success in reducing the number of animals euthanized by the city, and in increasing the number of shelter animals adopted or placed into rescue. Today, we operate a 13,000 sq ft adoption center and sanctuary that we call PALS Haven, an amazing facility that we were able to build completely debt free thanks to the support, and generosity, of our community. And, with your continued support, we can build sustainability for this amazing facility, and continue to serve our community in an even greater capacity, saving the lives of even more stray and abandoned companion animals, for many, many years to come!

Tickets are still on sale for our upcoming Paws & Pinatas event - and we now have them for sale at our Wags to Riches Thrift store, in addition to at PALS Haven.

Join us on August 15 for an all-new Summer event to help support PALS Haven!

We’re winding down summer with our Paws & Pinatas event - join us for a catered Mexican lunch at the beautiful Caty’s Vineyard right here in Lodi!

We’ll also have a Pinata, co****le, horseshoes, and raffle items!

This is sure to be a fun afternoon in the heart of Lodi’s wine country with delicious food, and good company, all for a great cause!

Tickets are just $40 for adults, and $25 for kids 10 years and under.

Sponsorships are also available:

$400 Sponsorship - includes 4 event tickets, 15 drink tickets
$200 Sponsorship - includes 2 event tickets, 10 drink tickets
$100 Sponsorship - includes 1 event ticket, 5 drink tickets

San Francisco SPCA is holding another FREE Feline Vaccine clinic this Saturday, August 8, from 9:00am to 12:00pm! at the Stockton Pet Wellnes & Adoption Center at 1661 W. Fremont St.!

SFSPCA will be hosting this vaccine clinic BY APPOINTMENT ONLY for cats, and are offering FVCRP and Rabies vaccines.

Make sure you schedule your cat's vaccine appointment, today, by scanning the QR code on the flyer, or by visiting: sfspca.org/centralvalleyappts

The clinic will be held at the Stockton Pet Wellness & Adoption Center located at 1661 W. Fremont St. in Stockton.

Cats must be in a secure carrier and handleable. Please arrive at your appointment time!
