Lodi Family Center Lodi Family Center was organized to strengthen our community by connecting families with resources. Program established in 2006.

Our goal is to nourish our community by facilitating programs that meet the needs of families through pantry, youth, and parenting activities. PROGRAM DESCRIPTIONS:

AFTERSCHOOL 5-18 CLUB
Offering a safe and supervised place since 2001, we serve youth 5 - 18 years of age. Great place for kids to do homework, access tutoring, make friends, practice good social skills, join clubs and much more. Prov

ided in partnership with MCDAC and Cloverleaf Elementary School. TODDLER TIME
Providing fun, social activities for preschoolers and their parents. Promotes kindergarten readiness, social skills, safety and early literacy. LODI PANTRY
Serving families since 2004, we provide income eligible families food and resources as they work toward fiscal stability. In addition to food, referrals to other community resources. BACKPACK PROGRAM
Youth and families enrolled in our cooking and nutrition program learn how to cook healthy meals and meals. Then they receive a backpack of the foods they learned to use to practice the recipes at home. PARENTING SUPPORT
A variety of parent support and education opportunities are available to help parents provide a nurturing and healthy home environment for their children, regardless of their age. CROCK'N PARENTS
Nutrition Education that teaches families how to make healthy meals on a shoestring budget while maximizing their food costs. FACILITY FOR COMMUNITY PROGRAMS
It is important to encourage other community service providers to offer their programs in our area. Therefore, we also offer free use of our facility to agencies who can provide their services for free to families.

It was such a fun day today for SPACE WEEK!

-Building raised garden beds thanks to Medina County Health Department
-Harvesting radishes, lettuce, dill, mint, and peas from the garden our youth have been tending to
-Reading club
-Making space themed “flashlights”
-Stomp rockets
-Driving robots
-And even sewing!

Please contact us if interested in enrolling, theres still a couple spots left! $20/half day, $35/full day (9 am-3:30 pm)

We also have our Kids Summer Social Days every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 11:30 am-1 pm where you can stop in for a free lunch and tons of fun activities…. ALL FOR FREE!

Our first Summer Social was a huge hit!!! Stop in every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 11:30-1 for a free lunch and activities!

TOMORROW IS OUR FIRST KIDS SUMMER SOCIAL OF THE SUMMER!

From 11:30 am-1 pm come join us for lunch, art, stem activities, and ice cream!

Free for families with children! Parents must accompany children in grades Preschool to 3rd grade.

Activities and classes included:
-Reading club
-Tons of games
-Learning and testing different paper plane models
-Paper mache light up hot air balloons
-Healthy meals and snacks, including a zucchini taste test
-Celebrating a birthday
-Tissue paper lanterns
-Gardening
-Building sled kites
-Engineering with LEGOs
-Making hovercrafts
-Train club
-A trip to the library to adopt a dinosaur and sign up for Summer Reading
-AND SO MUCH MORE!!!

WHAT A FUN AND AMAZING FIRST WEEK OF SUMMER SEMESTER!!!

This week we:
-Had a NERF battle
-Made paper stuffed puppet creations
-Played lots outside, including carpet ball, tag, hide and seek, and Gaga ball
-Helped w**d to earn coins to shop in the Kids Shop
-Had a robotics demonstration and challenge
-Engineered LEGO free builds
-Painted and did Hydro Art with rocks
-Helped plant the garden
-Had delicious and healthy lunches and snacks, including making ants on a log
-Made layered art
-Went on a nature walk to collect items for a plant collage
-Made layered bead bracelets
-Played lots of board games, like chess and Risk
-And so much more!
