AFTERSCHOOL 5-18 CLUB

Serving families since 2004, we provide income eligible families food and resources as they work toward fiscal stability. In addition to food, referrals to other community resources. BACKPACK PROGRAM
Youth and families enrolled in our cooking and nutrition program learn how to cook healthy meals and meals. Then they receive a backpack of the foods they learned to use to practice the recipes at home. PARENTING SUPPORT
A variety of parent support and education opportunities are available to help parents provide a nurturing and healthy home environment for their children, regardless of their age. CROCK'N PARENTS
Nutrition Education that teaches families how to make healthy meals on a shoestring budget while maximizing their food costs. FACILITY FOR COMMUNITY PROGRAMS
It is important to encourage other community service providers to offer their programs in our area. Therefore, we also offer free use of our facility to agencies who can provide their services for free to families.
