The ANNUAL MEETING of the GRADE BOAT CLUB will be held Thursday, November 19, 2026, at 6:30 p.m.

LOCATION: Lodi Lake WI Chamber of Commerce, 120 Portage St., Lodi.

Step forward, get on the ballot, and make your voice part of the future of this club. We need committed members, bold ideas, and fresh leadership. Your involvement is essential.

This is a pivotal meeting. If you plan to attend — and/or want to run for one of the expiring director positions — please RSVP to [email protected].

Hello Lake Wi Boaters,

Lake Bouys will be fully removed by Friday this week ... ending the buoy season this year.

GBC Volunteers - On this Saturday, 10/10, we will be cleaning the lake & river buoys and GBC equipment starting at 9am at W9600 Hwy CS Poynette. We usually finish up in a couple hours. Join in as your schedule allows please.

Thanks to all that support GBC and our mission to mark safe navigation routes on Lake Wisconsin and our portion of the Wisconsin River. Club membership, purchasing raffle tickets, donations, and dedicated volunteers make it possible for us continue services.

We have our cash raffle winners! Thank you all for sending in your membership dues, donations, and participating in our fundraising raffle! We are truly grateful for the support of all of you and our Area Partners!! Checks will be mailed to the winners within a couple of weeks. Watch your mail! Congratulations everyone!

We need our boating community to take this important survey!! Please do so and share this link with your boating friends. Many of our lake residents don't see this survey at the boat launches, and we need your input.

OKAY, OUTDOOR PEOPLE… WE’RE STILL LOOKING FOR YOU. You know who you are. The ones who would rather be on the lake than doing pretty much anything else. The trail walkers. The bikers. The boaters. The ATV/UTV riders. The campers. The paddlers. The hunters. The “I just like sitting by the water with a cold drink” people.

We need ALL of you.

The Lodi & Lake Wisconsin Chamber is gathering data about how people use and enjoy outdoor recreation throughout our area — and this isn't a survey we're doing just to say we did a survey. We want to USE this information in many ways:

- To help identify what our community needs.
- To guide future investments and improvements.
- To strengthen grant applications.
- To better support tourism and our local businesses.
- To protect the outdoor spaces people already love.
- And to help make smart decisions about what comes next.

But good data requires LOTS of voices. So here's our ask:

- TAKE THE SURVEY. It only takes a few minutes.
- SHARE THIS POST. Seriously. This part matters.

Tag your fishing buddy, hiking friend, boating crew, ATV group, neighbor, campground friend, biking partner — anyone who enjoys the outdoors in the Lodi & Lake Wisconsin area (we think that's a lot of people!) You don't have to live here to participate. If you recreate here, visit here or use our outdoor spaces, we want to hear from you. Because someday we'd love to be able to say:

"Our community told us what mattered. We had the data to back it up. And we did something with it."

Shift in locations back to Sticky Bay. The Shallows by the Islands was flushed out in high waters.

Please join us in Sticky Bay and plan on swinging by Lakeside to get sweet corn and check out our bucket raffle.

We are planning to reschedule the Tie-up to coincide with our Annual Corn Boil and Picnic for Saturday August 15th in the Shallows between the islands in front of Anchor at Lakside. We will have raffles on shore and the barges w/music out at the shallows.

Hello Lake Wisconsin Boaters

We are going to have to cancel today's Tie-up event in Sticky Bay. Looks like the rain is going to persist into the early afternoon, and then just cloudy and cool after that 😔

Thanks to those that were planning to attend, we hope to reschedule though, so watch our page for updates.

Reminder - Our Annual Corn Boil and Picnic is coming up on Saturday 8/15 at Anchor at Lakeside. Let's hope for better summer weather.

Hey River and Sandbar Enthusiasts,

The last of the river buoys in the No Sport Tow Area and Channel Markers up to the interstate bridge are in place. The cut across from the bluff to the bridge is a bit different from last year, but should not be too challenging to navigate.

Enjoy this awesome weather - should be a good weekend for boating.

Hello Boating Friends,

The remaining Lake Wisconsin buoys will be installed next Saturday morning (5/9), in time for Mother's Day cruising.

Call to volunteers; we will meet at the Okee boat ramp to load the barge at 8am. For ramp support folks, you should be done and on to other Saturday errands by 9am at the latest. On barge installation team will likely finish up by 10am or so.
Please join as you are available.

Thanks to those who supported our activities on Saturday 4/19.

Also want to update our Boating community that GBC has ordered a new 20' Utility Boat to replace our present smaller 16' Utility Boat. The new boat will be slightly wider and deeper to offer greater be safety for buoy operations. The larger hull will have more capacity and stability.

We got about half of the Lake Buoys in this morning before the rough conditions pushed us back to shore. Completed the section of buoys from Moon Valley up to the boat ramp in Okee. Thanks to volunteers that came out on this cool & windy morning. We have about another 1/2 day of effort place the remaining Lake buoys ... to be continued very soon. GBC
