I want to personally thank everyone who placed their trust in my campaign for Integrity, Transparency, and Fairness. I am deeply honored by the immense commitment you showed and the passion you brought to the polls.

While I do not accept the results of this election until all the violations the other campaign committed are investigated, I stand firm in the fight that fueled my campaign. The vast support I saw proves that the overwhelming majority wants the self-serving agenda and malfeasance to end.

I will continue to work for the community until accountability is served and Lodi is a better place to live.

🚩 Stop the Same Old Playbook 🚩

The other candidate in the upcoming November 4, 2025 Lodi Council election is following the same old playbook. He’s not running to help Lodi residents, he’s running to help himself. Help himself to a borough job for his son, borough jobs for friends, borough funds that are distributed to family and friends for supposed services they provide.

This is the definition of the "Team" he proudly belongs to: a system built on quid pro quo, patronage, extortion, political protection, no-show jobs, and organized deception, not public service.

The only way to stop this cycle of self-enrichment is to vote for a candidate with no political debts and a sole commitment to Lodi residents.

It’s time to clean up Lodi.

WATCH and LISTEN to the bold-faced lies in the October 21, 2025 Lodi Council meeting. Councilman Carafa had to tell the mayor – “Scott, Scott, please” (stop). Mayor Scott Luna’s sister Sheryl Luna is paid approximately $80,000/yr for 2 separate NO-SHOW part-time jobs in Lodi.

I frequently go to the municipal building and have never seen her there, and when I ask the municipal manager Marc Schrieks where she is, he tells me she’s part-time and has no schedule. I ask him when is the next time she will be in and he tells me she has no schedule. This is the very definition of a NO-SHOW JOB.

She is paid for 2 separate part-time positions—Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. After cutting through Marc Schrieks' lies and attempted cover-up, at his office yesterday, he confirmed Part-time positions are between 20-25 hours per week. That amounts to a full-time workday between the two jobs, and she is paid as such. She should be there every day for 8 hours, yet she’s never there. When I ask for information that she’s supposed to provide as CFO and Treasurer, it always gets routed to the auditor, who’s another bold-faced liar. She has no responsibilities as both CFO and Treasurer and receives over 3 thousand dollars every 2 weeks plus upside adjustments at times, which was confirmed by payroll.

For an OPRA request - custodians must ordinarily grant immediate access to budgets (municipal debt statement is a required part of the budget process in New Jersey), bills, vouchers, contracts (including collective negotiations agreements and individual employment contracts), and public employee salary and overtime information.

One no-show job wasn’t enough. The Lodi Council gave her two. She attends the Council meeting just for appearances and expects the Lodi residents to hand her a large sum of money that most hard-working and fixed income people in Lodi don’t come close to making.

The lack of Accountability for Mayor Luna's sister is a blatant example of the nepotism and self-serving nature of the current administration. The charade ends with me. This is why we need Transparency, Accountability, and Change!

Watch this Planning Board meeting from August 13, 2025 where the Lodi Council is going through the process of taking the property at 145 Union St.

They’re doing it under the guise of Eminent Domain – Area in need of redevelopment.

They want to forcefully take the property from the owner and have the Lodi residents pay for it so they can then give it to their developer friends. Furthermore, they’re going to give them a PILOT (Payment in Lieu of Taxes) agreement so they can pay no taxes on the property for 30 years.

In return Lodi residents are going to get:

An overdeveloped property that makes the one at 91 Union St. look like a kid’s miniature playhouse.

Higher property taxes to cover the additional load put on the schools and borough services and infrastructure, since this property will be a 30-year Tax-Free Zone under the PILOT program.

More congestion, traffic, and parking issues.

They will benefit from the under-the-table deals, but the rest of us will suffer declining Quality of Life, while funding their friends' profits.

Going to the Planning Board was just a formality. This is the very definition of the charade that ends with me. This is why we need Transparency, Accountability, and Change!

📢 Town Hall Challenge: Lodi Deserves Real Answers

Councilman Mark Anthony DelMonaco, the time for closed-door politics, nepotistic practices, and secretive tax hikes is officially over.

I am formally challenging you to an uncensored, public Town Hall Q&A Debate with a neutral moderator. Lodi residents deserve Transparency and Accountability on the broken system you have rubber-stamped.

We need to discuss the facts you are trying to hide:

First, they included an illegal taxpayer funded campaign letter with the tax bill that contains false information. Its purpose was to deceive you into thinking your significantly higher tax bill wasn’t their fault. They raised the Local Municipal Tax Rate by 15.64% (Millions of Dollars) in 2025, so it was their fault. They made no mention of the substantial Local Municipal Tax increase in the letter. They assigned blame to everyone else and purposely falsified the municipal portion of the chart.

One piece of falsified information was that there was no increase in taxes in the Local Municipal Tax for 2024. Besides completely hiding the 2025 increase of 15.64% in the letter, they lied about the 0% increase in 2024. The Local Municipal Tax went up 3.54% in 2024.

Now, Lodi Hide has family and friends that are on the payroll or soon to be, spreading their misinformation and propaganda. They’re not going to comment directly because they’re too cowardly and they know their lies and deception will have legal consequences. So, they insulate themselves with pawns.

Their nepotistic practices are the reason for the massive tax increase and plummeting Quality of Life.

This pattern of lies, organized deception, and cowardice stops now. On November 4, vote for the only candidate committed to Integrity and Accountability.
