The Locust Grove Woman's Club would like to extend our sincere gratitude to our local community for your incredible support of our food drive benefiting the Veterans Support Group.

Because of your generosity, we were able to collect much-needed nonperishable food that will help support veterans in our area. Your kindness and willingness to give back demonstrates the true spirit of community and compassion.

We also want to thank T and T Meats for partnering with us and graciously being a drop off spot for donations. Your commitment to our community and veterans is immensly appreciated.

Together, we are making a positive impact—one act of kindness at a time. ❤️🇺🇸

The Locust Grove Woman’s Club was honored to assist with the City of Locust Grove’s Memorial Day Remembrance event as we joined our community in honoring the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom.

We extend our sincere appreciation to Mayor Greer and Bert Foster, along with the City of Locust Grove, for allowing us to collaborate on this meaningful event and helping us promote our Veterans ID Project. This special project is dedicated to identifying and recognizing veterans buried in the Locust Grove Cemetery so their service and sacrifice are never forgotten.

Every flag, every name, and every story matters. We are proud to help preserve the legacy of our local heroes for future generations. 🇺🇸

Our food collection drive for the Veterans Support Group will continue through the end of the May. You can drop off donations at both T and T Meats locations -- McDonough and Locust Grove.

Due to the incredible generosity of our community, our bench is already overflowing with more than 800 cans and non-perishable food items!

We are so grateful to everyone who has donated, shared our posts, and helped support our veterans. Every can, every box, and every act of kindness makes a difference. Let’s keep the momentum going and finish the month strong! 🇺🇸❤️
