With the tragic events of this past weekend we need community volunteers now more than ever. If being an active part of your community sounds like something that interests you, consider becoming a Block Captain.

We are looking for at least one Block Captain per street. See the availability below:

Operation Take Back is in effect!

As announced in emails and letters to all homeowners, you will receive a violation letter for the following issues:

The Filthy Five:
1. Cut, edge, blow and w**d yard
2. Routine Home Maintenance
3. Parking in driveway and garage only
4. Trash can stored out of sight
5. Leash and pick up after your animals

Article 7 Section 4
路 No eighteen-wheel trucks or the cabs of such trucks or trucks with a load capacity in excess of three-quarters of a ton shall be parked, kept, or stored within the community. This includes the overflow parking lot by the pool and any corresponding streets in the community.
路 No on-street parking is permitted in the community. Homeowners will be fined per vehicle per violation.
路 No vehicle may be left upon any portion of the community if it is unlicensed or incapable of being operated on public highways unless kept in the garage of the home.
路 Any towed vehicle, boat, personal watercraft, recreational vehicle, motor home, trailer, motorcycle, minibike, scooter, go-cart, golf cart, commercial truck, camper, bus or mobile home regularly stored in the community or temporarily kept in the community must be kept in the garage.
路 Vehicles shall be parked only in appropriate parking spaces (garage or driveway) serving the Lot.
In layman鈥檚 terms, there should be no commercial vehicles parked anywhere in the neighborhood. There shall be NO PARKING on the side, back, front grass area, only in appropriate parking spaces (garage or driveway)

See Something, Say Something Pt.2 - Did you know that in addition to reporting things to Beacon Management you can also report issues directly to Henry County code enforcement? It's called SeeClickFix and it's an issue reporting platform which allows people to report non-emergency neighborhood issues to local government bodies, assisting city staff. The tool has a free mobile app that maps user comments. Users may add comments, suggest courses of action, or add video and picture documentation.
