The Y is moving to a brand new app to enhance the member experience! The new YMCA Buffalo Niagara app is easier to use and allows greater access to your account information. Also, you can register for programs directly and sync with your Apple Health app. The app is available for both Apple and Android devices.

Please note the old Daxko Mobile app will be inactive starting November 1. All members must move to the new app by that date.

Do you have a Dinosaur enthusiast? You won't want to miss this special show featuring Riley the animatronic dinosaur! Shows will take place at 11:00 am & 12:00 pm this Saturday, September 19th during our open house! Kids will have the opportunity to visit with dinosaurs and learn more about Riley.

💙 STROKE RECOVERY SMALL GROUP TRAINING

Recovery doesn’t have to happen alone. The YMCA’s Stroke Recovery Small Group Training Program is designed to help individuals who have experienced a stroke continue building strength, confidence, and independence through physical activity. This program is appropriate for individuals who have been cleared by a physician to exercise.

Led by a Certified Personal Trainer, this supportive 8-week program focuses on:

Strength & coordination
Mobility & balance
Confidence & independence
Socialization and connection
